Yes! We ship worldwide.

2. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Approximate shipping times depend on the country. 24/48h for EU orders and 2-3 days for international shippings. 

3. HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Check your mail inbox! You will find the tracking number in the email confirmation.

4. WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDER NUMBER?

You will see your relevant order number in the email confirmation after placing your order! You will need this number if you proceed with an exchange or a return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

  • Click to the following link: https://returns.byrever.com/lavestelaveste, no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product
  • Put your order number and order email
  • Follow the steps: refund/exchange and reason.
  • Choose if you want a home pick up or pick up point.

2. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

15 working days from the date you received the product. 

3. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Currently, we do not have an exchange policy.

The procedure you would have to follow if you want to exchange your item for another one would be to return the one you have previously purchased, following the steps of our return policy and on the other hand, place a new order with the item you want. 

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

Total return and refund time: up to 23 days.

5. CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?

Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.

LA VESTE does not offer sales online.

LA VESTE products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. All LA VESTE products are 100% handmade in Spain. 

4 .HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

If you are in doubt about sizing, please refer to the sizing chart that accompanies each product. There you will find both, the specific measures of the products as well as a table equivalent to the size of each country.
