Shipping & Returns


Our online store is available for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Russia, Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Madrid, Spain. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

We offer different shipping options:

La Veste offers free standard delivery on orders equal or over 500€  (including VAT).

National: Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Switzerland, Norway, Russia, Canada and the United States

These countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.


The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1. Send an email request for the return to

No later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.

2. The items should be packaged

a) In original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
b) With all original labels and packaging.

3. Send the article(s) to this address

Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.

Do I have to pay anything for a return?
To return any item purchased at La Veste simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective Mau Loa shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

What happens if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Should this happen, please contact us at We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In the event that La Veste has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases La Veste shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.

For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
