RETURNS
1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Click to the following link: https://returns.byrever.com/lavestelaveste, no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product
- Put your order number and order email
- Follow the steps: refund/exchange and reason.
- Choose if you want a home pick up or pick up point.
2. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
15 working days from the date you received the product.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Currently, we do not have an exchange policy.
The procedure you would have to follow if you want to exchange your item for another one would be to return the one you have previously purchased, following the steps of our return policy and on the other hand, place a new order with the item you want.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A RETURN?
At the end of the process, under ''Summary'', you will see the cost of the return. You won't need to pay anything upfront, as the return fee will be deducted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective LA VESTE assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately if the item returned has been worn or has some stains we will not be able to process the return.
5. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
7. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
Total return and refund time: up to 15 days.
9. CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.

10. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN OUR PARIS STORE?
Customers have an additional option to return any lavestelaveste.com allowing them to complete the process at the Paris La Veste Store located at 4 rue de Tournon 75006, Paris.
When initiating a return through Rever, customers select the ''In-store return'' option, which will enable them to choose between exchanging the product, receiving a refund, or requesting a voucher,
Please note that you have 15 days to return the product.

1. DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
2. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
LA VESTE offers global shipping.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and are outlined as follows:
- Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands 24/48 hours - 6,75€
- EU: 3-5 working days - 18€
- UK: 5-7 working days - 23£
- USA: working days - 35€
- Rest of the world: 5-7 working days - 35€
Please be aware that delivery times are approximations depending on the country. 24/48h for EU orders and 5-7 days for international shippings.
3.WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Orders are processed the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the following business day. All orders are processed from Madrid, Spain.
Availability of products are not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you.
4.DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPINGS?
Yes, we do. LA VESTE offers free standard delivery on orders equal or over 900€ (including VAT).
5.CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact the team at hello@lavestelaveste.com.
6.HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Check your mail inbox! You will find the tracking number in the email confirmation.
7.WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDER NUMBER?
You will see your relevant order number in the email confirmation after placing your order! You will need this number if you proceed with an exchange or a return.
