RETURNS
1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Click to the following link: https://returns.byrever.com/lavestelaveste, no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product
- Put your order number and order email
- Follow the steps: refund/exchange and reason.
- Choose if you want a home pick up or pick up point.
Important: Each order must be returned individually and using its associated order number. If you placed multiple orders, you must process a separate return for each one. If you wish to combine please contact hello@lavestelaveste.com and we will help you.
LA VESTE is not responsible for any delivery-related logistics fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return shipping fee is: €6within Spain & Portugal / €15 within the European Union / €27 within the UK/€35 for the rest of the world. Valid from 17th August 2025.
Exchanges are free of charge.
2. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
15 working days from the date you received the product.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Currently, we do not have an exchange policy.
The procedure you would have to follow if you want to exchange your item for another one would be to return the one you have previously purchased, following the steps of our return policy and on the other hand, place a new order with the item you want. The new order will have free shipping charges.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A RETURN?
At the end of the process, under ''Summary'', you will see the cost of the return. You won't need to pay anything upfront, as the return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective LA VESTE assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately if the item returned has been worn or has some stains we will not be able to process the return.
LA VESTE is not responsible for any delivery-related logistics fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
In other words, the refund or exchange shipment will only be issued after the item has successfully passed the quality check, and only if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Please note: this process may take a little longer than usual, but we will handle your return as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your refund or replacement order promptly. 7. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
The refund or exchange shipment will only be issued after the item has successfully passed the quality check, and only if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

9. CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.

10. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN OUR PARIS STORE?
Customers have an additional option to return any lavestelaveste.com allowing them to complete the process at the Paris La Veste Store located at 4 rue de Tournon 75006, Paris.
When initiating a return through Rever, customers select the ''In-store return'' option, which will enable them to choose between exchanging the product, receiving a refund, or requesting a voucher.
Please note that you have 15 days to return the product.
*Special condition during Flash Sale: discounted products purchased during our Online Flash Sale 2025 cannot be returned or exchanged.
To ensure eligibility, products must be unused, in pristine conditions, with their original packaging, and with the label intact. It is important to note that LA VESTE reserves the right to decline any items that fail to meet these requirements.
Products that are discounted or on clearance are non-exchangeable nor returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the specifications at the time of purchase.
10. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT IN STORE THROUGH THE ONLINE WEB?
We’re very sorry, but at the moment it is not possible to process exchanges or returns online for purchases made in physical stores, as our website cannot detect in-store orders.
Any request regarding an in-store purchase must be handled in person at the store.

Important: Once we receive the return at our warehouse, the order will go through an inspection process. It is essential that the items are in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return. If the return is damaged, stained, broken, or contains products not purchased from our store, it will not be accepted, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

3. WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Orders are processed the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the following business day. All orders are processed from Madrid, Spain.
Availability of products are not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you.
4. DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPINGS?
Yes, we do on your first order with the code: free1shipping. For future orders check point number 1 to see free shipping thresholds.
5. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

6. HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Check your mail inbox! You will find the tracking number in the email confirmation.
7. WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDER NUMBER?
You will see your relevant order number in the email confirmation after placing your order! You will need this number if you proceed with an exchange or a return.
