Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Madrid, Spain. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

We offer different shipping options:


LA VESTE offers free standard delivery on orders equal or over 900€ (including VAT)*.

Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands 24/48 hours- 6,75

EU: 3-5 working days - 18

UK: 5-7 working days - 23£

USA: 5-7 working days - 35

REST OF THE WORLD: 5-7 working days- 35


*Those prices are for clothing. Lamps they do have a different shipping due to their fragile condition.


The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1. Click to the following link:, no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product

2. Put your order number and order email

3. Follow the steps: refund/exchange and reason.

4. Choose if you want a home pick up or pick up point.

4.Do I have to pay anything for a return?

At the end of the process in "Summary" you will find the cost of the return. You will not have to pay anything at that moment. We will deduct the return fee at the moment of the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective La Veste shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately if the item returned has been worn or has some stains we will not be able to process the return.

5. How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

7. What happens if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Should this happen, please contact us at We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. In the event that La Veste has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases La Veste shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.

9. For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

Total return and refund time: up to 23 days.
